The parties

The seller's details will appear here once the sole proprietorship is founded. Sales start on that date. Contact https://hakantopcu.dev/#contact, website https://hlauncher.hakantopcu.dev. Person in charge Hakan Topçu.

Buyer: the person who opens the central account and makes the payment. Their name, billing address and e-mail address are the details they give while paying.

What is sold

• HLauncher membership, as a monthly subscription or a purchase for good. Membership belongs to the account and counts in every game: it gives the right to play Cogito, opens the cosmetics Evolia keeps for subscribers, and in games that come later gives what that game keeps for members.
• Evolia cosmetics: items sold one by one that change the look and give no power.

These are digital content; nothing is shipped. Cogito's Steam version is outside this contract; Steam sells it and Steam's terms apply.

Price and payment

For a buyer in Türkiye the monthly subscription is 99.00 TRY and the purchase for good 699.00 TRY; for a buyer in any other country the monthly subscription is 3.00 USD and the purchase for good 20.00 USD. A cosmetic's price is shown with the product. The country you write in the purchase form sets the currency. The price that counts is the amount on the payment page before you press the pay button.

Payment is by card through the payment institution iyzico, and your bank confirms it with 3D Secure. The seller does not keep your card details. Before you buy you need to confirm your account's e-mail address.

Subscription and renewal

The monthly subscription renews by itself each month from your saved card. You can stop the renewals at any time on the account page or on the central screen in the game; your membership runs to the end of the month you paid for. The purchase for good never renews.

Delivery

The membership or the cosmetic is added to your account the moment your bank confirms the payment. You see it on the account page, in HLauncher and in the games.

Withdrawal and refund

Within 14 days of a payment you can ask for a refund without giving a reason; asking on https://hakantopcu.dev/#contact with your account's e-mail address is enough. The amount goes back to the card you paid with through iyzico, and how long it takes to reach you depends on your bank. The membership or the cosmetic a refunded payment gave is taken back.

If your card is charged and nothing comes

If money was taken from your card and your membership or cosmetic did not open, write to us. Either the payment completes and your right opens, or the amount is refunded to your card.

Disputes

Write to us on https://hakantopcu.dev/#contact with a complaint first. If it is not settled, you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee within the money limits the Ministry of Trade announces each year, and to the consumer court above them.

Your agreement

By pressing the pay button you have read and accepted this text. If the text changes, the version date above changes; a purchase you made stays bound by the text of its day.
